Exchange & Returns

All returns & exchanges are required to be processed within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

All items are to be returned in original condition with  swing tags attached.

The customer is liable to pay all return shipping costs & we recommend using a trackable postage option as lost or misplaced items cannot be refunded.

If your item is the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it for another size if the stock is available. If not, you will be issued with a credit note valid for 3 months. 
Items must be returned within 30 days if your purchase.

We do not offer a refund if you simply change your mind on a purchase. However we do offer a 30 day exchange if items are returned in original condition with tags and receipt.

PLEASE NOTE:  No refund or exchange on sale items.

Refunds will be given on faulty items only within 30 days from the receipt of your items.

 There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be given (if applicable):-

*Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing pieces for reasons not due to our error. 

*Any item that is returned outside 30 days. We have the right to deny these refunds and the item will be returned to you.
